We start with a free discovery call or site visit to learn about your space, goals, timeline, and budget. This is where we determine if we’re the right fit for your project and lay the groundwork for what comes next.
2. Design & Planning
Whether it’s a kitchen, bathroom, ADU, or full-home renovation, design is where the magic starts. We work with in-house designers or collaborate with trusted local partners to bring your vision to life. You’ll receive mood boards, layout concepts, and material suggestions that align with your style and goals.
3. Scope & Estimate
Once we’ve defined the vision, we conduct site walkthroughs with any necessary trades and engineers to build an accurate, detailed project estimate. We’ll walk you through the numbers and timeline so you feel confident moving forward—no surprises, no guesswork.
4. Contract & Pre-Construction Prep
With a clear scope and budget in place, we finalize your construction agreement. You’ll get access to your custom Client Portal, where you can track schedules, material selections, updates, and payments—all in one place.
5. Build Phase
Our licensed and insured crew gets to work—on time and with minimal disruption to your daily life. We keep the job site clean, communicate proactively, and follow a schedule based on pre-approved milestones so you know what’s happening at every stage.
6. Quality Control & Adjustments
Unexpected changes? We’ve got a plan for that. Whether it’s an upgrade or an unforeseen issue, any change orders are discussed transparently and approved before work begins. Quality is always our top priority.
7. Completion & Walkthrough
When your project wraps up, we’ll walk through the finished space together to ensure every detail meets your expectations. We don’t just aim for “done”—we aim for “done right.”
8. Post-Project Support
Our relationship doesn’t end when the tools are packed up. We offer a warranty on our work and schedule a 9–12 month follow-up to make sure everything’s still running smoothly. Because we’re not just building spaces—we’re building long-term trust.
